ᐅ Is it possible to assemble the Ikea Billy corner shelf as a mirror image?

Good evening, IKEA fans! I have a question: We have a 40cm (16-inch) wide Billy corner shelf (which is no longer available...), with the open side on the left. Now I would like to know if it’s possible to assemble it mirrored, so that the open side is on the right. I think it’s not possible (because of the base panel, which only has the holes in certain places), but maybe someone still has this part and also the manual... I would appreciate it. Thanks in advance!

As far as I know, IKEA offers the possibility to reorder manuals and clarify such questions for life. Then you will surely get a correct answer 🙂
