My wife would like deep interior window sills (to sit on), so it would make sense to position the windows as far outward as possible (i.e., flush with the clinker outer wall). However, our building supervisor strongly advises against this; they recommend placing the windows within the Poroton wall, as anything else could cause problems.
It is clear that everything is possible if you really want to do it. But how difficult, unusual, expensive, or prone to errors would it be to set the windows outward? Has anyone here done that? If yes: how, and what was your experience?

So the window reveal would have to bridge and interrupt the insulation layer... yes, that sounds challenging... but this is not uncommon in high-end apartment construction. Perhaps there is a suitable product available from Schöck.
