I looked at the shell construction and found it tight. Everything is tight at the shell stage When the interior finishing is complete, it will feel larger due to the light-colored walls; in fact, however, it is narrower!
I assume this is only a temporary shower on the ground floor? If so, maybe an 80cm (32 inch) shower would be enough; this would save you 10cm (4 inches), bringing it to 1.46 m (4 ft 9 ½ in). It will still be a bit tight, as a toilet usually requires about 80cm (32 inches) including the wall frame installation, but it would feel airier than with the 90cm (36 inch) shower tray. I also can’t imagine that using a urinal would cause splashing, especially since the distance the warm liquid has to travel is shorter.

I assume this is just a temporary shower on the ground floor? If so, maybe an 80cm (31.5 inches) shower would be enough; that would gain you 10cm (4 inches), bringing the width to 1.46m (4 feet 9.5 inches). It would still be a bit tight, as a toilet requires about 80cm (31.5 inches) including the wall-hung installation, but it would feel more spacious than with the 90cm (35.5 inches) shower tray. Also, I can’t imagine there would be any splashing when using a urinal, especially since the distance the warm liquid has to travel is shorter.
Regards, Bauexperte Yes, the shower is a backup option. There is another one in the basement as well... got a better price when buying three together.
So, your suggestion is to use an 80cm by 80cm (31.5 inches by 31.5 inches) shower and keep the urinal? Is that correct?
Hello
I would also solve it the way Bauexperte suggested.
To optimize it a bit more, for a shower that is used less frequently, I would go with 75 x 90 cm (30 x 35 inches) and install the fixtures on the 75 cm (30 inches) side.
Possibly also consider leaving out the third shower.

On the other hand, you now mention having three showers – then *I* personally wouldn’t hesitate and would remove the ground floor shower altogether. That way, your problem wouldn’t even arise.

I've never sat on something like that before ... You can't either, since you stand in front of it (similar to a pub, but nicer and with a lid)
