Hello,

Is 136cm (54 inches) wide enough for a toilet and urinal? Or would it be better to leave out the urinal?

Best regards,

Merlin

Just draw it on a wall and stand there – that’s the best way for you to judge it yourself.

We have deliberately decided against installing a urinal.

I looked at the shell construction and found it cramped. It only feels cramped during the shell construction phase.

It will be even tighter once the construction is finished...

As I said, try marking it on the relevant wall and then decide. I also feel it’s too tight because a urinal tends to splash sometimes, so I would prefer to have the toilet or wall a bit further away.

I would leave it out as well; one less component to clean.

For the reasons mentioned above, I would also leave it out.

A toilet without a partition requires about 1m (3.3 feet) in width.
I think it would feel very strange to have the urinal right next to you when you are sitting on the toilet.

We didn't install a urinal at all.
