Hello,

since plots for single-family homes are quite rare in our area, we might have to consider a semi-detached house. From everything I’ve read, the living comfort should be similar to a single-family home.

Single-family homes are increasingly being built using prefabricated construction. Are semi-detached houses also built this way? So far, I’ve only come across entire semi-detached buildings being prefabricated, but in our case, it would be just one half. If this is possible, is it practical, or do people generally prefer traditional solid construction for this?

As far as I know, there are prefabricated semi-detached houses. For example, I believe the company Schwörerhaus manufactures these, but I am not completely sure. It’s best if you check their website yourself.

Weberhaus also sent us a brochure for a semi-detached house. So yes, it does exist!
