Our zoning plan specifies a roof pitch between 15° and 45°.
We are planning a mono-pitched roof with a 15° slope. Is it possible to have only half of the roof pitched and use the rest as a roof terrace? Or just a part of it? Yes – but you probably won’t enjoy the roof terrace much, since in my opinion it won’t account for the 50% you might expect of the otherwise fully pitched roof area :-) The above only applies if, according to the zoning plan, a comparable arrangement is permitted on the third floor.
