Hi

Is there a suspended ceiling system where the panels can be removed, but that doesn’t look like a typical suspended ceiling?

I don’t really find that aesthetically pleasing for living spaces.

However, I don’t see the point in having to fill 200 characters now.

Why do you need something like this in living spaces?

Why do you ask about them if you don’t like them?

Maybe this could be solved with stretch ceilings.

Why do you want to be able to remove the ceilings?

What exactly bothers you about the suspended ceiling grid?

What I really like is being able to access the ceiling anytime, for example, to run cables or easily replace the lighting. Remove a panel, install the light fixture, then put the panel back in—or use a new panel if the holes no longer fit.

These are basically the reasons why this is done in office buildings.

@hanghaus: Just the look; it resembles an office environment.

This is also possible with a suspended ceiling, just not quite as easily.
