In the food retail sector, faucets with instantaneous water heaters are now being offered.
The heating power is 3 kW.

What about the circuit protection?
I have B16 circuit breakers in the apartment distribution panel. However, I could install higher-rated breakers if allowed. On the internet, I found a similar product specifying a minimum of 20 A and 1.5 mm² (approximately 16 AWG) wire diameter.

Are such instantaneous water heaters recommended?

Are these types of tankless water heaters recommended?
These are small tankless water heaters. They provide a limited amount of warm water (warm, not hot). Ideal for a guest bathroom or for the kitchen if you mainly use a dishwasher.

Washing dishes by hand, showering, or similar uses are definitely not possible.

The available power from a 16A circuit breaker is calculated by A × V = Watts, so 16 × 230 = 3.6kW. If the small tankless water heater is the only device on the circuit, it is fine. However, if other kitchen appliances are also connected, it will not be sufficient.
