According to the development plan, a house with 1.5 floors, a gable roof with a pitch of 24-27 degrees, and no knee wall is permitted. We are wondering how this is supposed to work. Does anyone have experience with this and a solution to offer? We actually want to build a prefabricated house, not an architect-designed house (due to cost certainty).

Thank you @Fuchsbau35 for your opposing view. By the way, during the same time I have been active in the green forum, I have offered roughly sixteen times more advice here (not least because, in my opinion, the balance between novice protection and willing, competent assistance is much friendlier here). I also hope you understand my perspective: as a non-smoker giving free advice during cigarette breaks, and someone who really needs help goes to the trouble of cleaning up the basics of essential information, it can feel a bit frustrating.

What I blurred out was irrelevant to my question.

I assume the Franz Josef Strauß reply is well known 🙂

You’re not the first to get a reprimand from @11ant for any kind of anonymization, even though he rarely freaks out that much. No idea where that tick comes from.

The issue is much more about painstakingly removing necessary details from image files (which even the most desperate property seeker doesn’t scan by the name of development plans). I find distrust toward those trying to help “not nice,” and I say that quite clearly.

Generally, most people here are quite nice and want to help, even if it doesn’t seem that way at first.
Even the elephant, as long as you don’t accidentally trigger it 🙂

I gladly admit that I don’t casually guess missing information in texts like @Escroda does (and therefore need comparatively more substance to be able to assist).

For all laypersons and newcomers, such a reaction is pretty off-putting and defeats the purpose of this kind of forum. I don’t even want to ask questions here anymore.

Oh come on. I’m genuinely very nice, just look for “here writes 11ant” ...

‍♀️ . Anyway. I wanted to unregister and realized that it’s not possible.

It’s a pity that you are not allowed to be helped.

Oh well. I’m really quite nice, see "here writes 11ant"...

I did not obscure any important information. I followed the forum rules.
But it doesn’t matter. I can’t delete my post; otherwise, I would have done so long ago.

@11ant
It’s all about tone. And if the original poster has followed the guidelines for sharing images (see above), then it’s even more unfair to accuse them of that. That’s just my opinion.

@11ant
I found your reaction to be more than exaggerated. And no, I do not consider the anonymized information significantly relevant for the first time. In times of scarce building plots, it is more than understandable that certain details are "omitted."
Otherwise, I expect a well-founded explanation as to why this should be relevant for feedback.
At first, I honestly thought, "Did he forget his pill?"
Your responses, tips, and suggestions are otherwise extremely helpful. Thanks for that!
