ᐅ Interpreting the zoning plan / Is it even feasible to implement?

According to the development plan, a house with 1.5 floors, a gable roof with a pitch of 24-27 degrees, and no knee wall is permitted. We are wondering how this is supposed to work. Does anyone have experience with this and a solution to offer? We actually want to build a prefabricated house, not an architect-designed house (due to cost certainty).

Sorry - I find it difficult to categorize this here.
You can get help if you provide more information.

There are strange people online in greater numbers than in real life, yes – but how many of them already have the suitcase full of money under their pillow, ready to make a quick grab?

The fact is: making it harder for helpful and knowledgeable participants of all kinds to offer free but equally valuable advice is rude and shows disrespect (towards the advice itself, the competence behind it, the willingness to give advice without expecting anything in return, and the relative priority given to mistrust over possible justified exceptions of paranoia). Furthermore, a layperson who even self-identifies as a clueless beginner cannot begin to grasp what can be extracted with relevant reading skills from related documents (such as the reasoning behind the building plan or its previous various amendments) and/or a more detailed aerial photo showing any exemption cases. Helping such people goes beyond my willingness for masochism. As someone asking questions, you do have to cooperate a bit. The attitude of “wash me, but don’t get me wet” has its limits; and one should not bite the hand that’s offered to help – even if you are a very timid little dog.

Could you please take it down a notch? I find your reaction, including the direct and hidden accusations and insinuations, quite exaggerated. A layperson and newcomer here asks a question and initially makes certain location details unclear. A simple “without that information, we unfortunately can’t provide specific help” would have been enough. Instead, you come across as quite offensive. No matter how rough the tone can sometimes be here, I find this very inappropriate.

This also makes me a bit afraid to ask any questions myself as a newcomer. Who knows what I might face if I don’t explain and present everything perfectly right away. I find this really unsettling!

@11ant I’m with you. Those who don’t contribute to clarifying things usually end up not receiving any help. It often happens that way. It’s a shame.

Once I’m done with the building process and have learned from it, I’ll be able to help and support others with my knowledge. But anyway.

Thanks for standing up for me! It’s alright. The forum rules explain how to post documents. I followed those. What I obscured was irrelevant to my question.
Anyway.

@Eden1812 Don’t take it personally. You’re not the first to get reprimanded by @11ant for any kind of anonymization, even though he rarely “freaks out” like this. No idea where that habit comes from.

In general, most people here are quite friendly and want to help, even if it doesn’t always seem that way at first.
Even the elephant, as long as you don’t accidentally trigger it 🙂

For all laypersons and beginners, such a reaction is quite discouraging and defeats the purpose of a forum like this. I don’t even want to ask my questions here anymore.
