I have a freestanding dishwasher (not built-in) and would like to use it in my future Metod kitchen.
Can I simply plan a 60cm (24 inch) wide space where I can slide in the dishwasher? The height should work out; if needed, I can raise the dishwasher slightly and install a plinth panel at the bottom in case the gap to the floor looks odd. Do you see any issues with this?

IKEA-Experte17 Mar 2015 20:04Hello, as long as the dishwasher does not have a METOD front attached, there should not be any major issues.
