I plan to insulate my basement ceiling. However, it is slightly curved. Does anyone have experience with this? Possibly with which building materials?

Thanks in advance 🙂

Hello Nissan! Haha! Please write more about the situation; otherwise, everything is just speculation! In general, all common insulation methods are possible here.

Sorry,
I have already gathered that the Rockwell Planarock is the most suitable for this.
About the situation:
We have a lightly masonry vaulted basement ceiling. However, the kitchen, hallway, and living room are quite cold on the floor, and I have two small children. 😉

The basement is about 70m² (750 sq ft) in size (where the heating system is also located).

We have a vaulted cellar and Planarock was also recommended to us.

Due to the arching, it almost naturally suggests itself.
