I have now had three contractors come to seal our garage roof, and I have received three different opinions and price quotes.
For a 6x6 meter (20x20 feet) garage, the prices range from 1400 to 3800 euros.
I just want a watertight garage that doesn’t develop mold inside.
What is the correct method for sealing a garage roof?
Are two layers of bitumen enough?
Is a layer of insulation required in between?
Is a vapor barrier needed?
How was it done in your case?

For example, this is now through MyHammer, since I prefer to book companies via MyHammer.
The others I found through classified ads or the Yellow Pages.
The requirement was 25m (82 feet) of aluminum in anthracite.
About 3m (10 feet) of that as a connecting sheet.
Cut to size approximately 50cm (20 inches)
Drip edge formed as a fold

If no roof structure is planned, a concrete ceiling should be insulated from above.
Usually with polystyrene, or in the case of a flat roof, also green roofing.
Concrete creates a thermal bridge.
Condensation can form on the ceiling solely due to engine heat and humidity in winter.
.Some experts from the green forum say exactly the opposite. In summer, insulation on the inside results in a cold wall. When you then open the door, the warm, very humid summer air condenses on the surface.
As for me, I have windows installed and will keep them open in summer if necessary. Besides, my door's 20mm (0.8 inches) insulation isn’t very effective anyway.

Two pictures attached for "non-experts." Under which conditions do these pictures apply? Unheated garages?
