I want to glue Styrofoam insulation boards to my Eternit asbestos facade using expanding foam. Is this possible? The Eternit facade is ventilated. I would appreciate your help.

Then yes, but ten percent of the "asbestos" mentioned in forum posts is actually asbestos; therefore, I rather suspect artificial slate here. It's not only true that not everything that glitters is gold – but also not everything from Eternit contains asbestos.

If the original poster is talking about asbestos, it probably is. But no one is stopping the OP from possibly saying something different.

Hello,

My main concern is just that the fiber cement panels are not visible.

That’s understandable. If it really is asbestos, I wouldn’t just try to hide it visually but would recommend replacing it properly right away. Sooner or later, it will have to be done. It’s better to take your time now and renovate without pressure than to have to do a rushed repair on a crumbling facade in a few years.

I’m not sure if, due to my idea, condensation could form underneath the fiber cement panel construction, which might damage the underlying structure or cause mold. There is a ventilation grille for the lift at the bottom of the construction.

That can definitely happen. The ventilated side is cold, while the outside is insulated again. This way, you wouldn’t notice the ongoing deterioration visually and could be surprised one day by loud noises when the structure has completely failed.

As @11ant already said, I wouldn’t add any more weight to a construction or structural condition that doesn’t inspire confidence.
