There are several things to consider:
1) Underfloor heating? If yes, the flooring should be glued down; if not, click-lock flooring is also an option.
2) If glued down, the subfloor must be pre-treated (screed fully sanded, smoothed, etc.) to ensure it is level enough.
3) Is sealing desired? For glued cork flooring, the surface should be sealed.
For click-lock cork flooring: It can be installed just like laminate. Also, think about what type of baseboard or skirting board you want to use!
