Hello everyone,
We have chosen luxury vinyl flooring/design flooring for all rooms except the bathrooms and utility room. Currently, obtaining quotes is somewhat challenging. We are building with a developer, and at the actual measurement appointment, the screed had just been freshly installed. The floor installation was supposed to be coordinated directly between the developer and the flooring company (there are other identical houses already equipped this way).
Since this is the last outstanding quote for us, and I have generally not read much about this in the forum, I hope this will be helpful for many readers. I would like to ask about your experiences (reference values) for installing vinyl/design flooring. We plan to have everything fully glued down, due to some fairly large windows in some rooms and the need for water resistance in the kitchen. Optionally, we might install the flooring as a floating floor ourselves upstairs.
Starting situation:
Ground floor:
Floating screed
31 sqm (334 sq ft) divided over 3 rooms (12 sqm (129 sq ft), 8 sqm (86 sq ft), 31 sqm (334 sq ft), all adjacent)
Upper floor:
Cement screed
49 sqm (527 sq ft) divided over 5 rooms (5 sqm (54 sq ft), 13 sqm (140 sq ft), 2 sqm (22 sq ft), 14 sqm (151 sq ft), 15 sqm (161 sq ft))
Attic floor:
Cement screed
38 sqm (409 sq ft) 1 room
Perhaps you have some reference values for installation costs excluding the material price for the planks. This would include the steps of priming, leveling, sanding, and gluing (including adhesive material costs). Of course, this always depends heavily on the quality of the screed and the height to be leveled, but roughly these values can probably be used.

Our vinyl installer charges €15 net per square meter for installation (including priming, filling, and gluing).
In addition, there are material costs for primer (€1.50 net per m² (10.8 sq ft)), leveling compound (€7.30 net per m² (10.8 sq ft)), and adhesive (€5.70 net per m² (10.8 sq ft)).
Our vinyl itself was 2mm (0.08 inches) thick and cost €18.45 net per m² (10.8 sq ft).
I hope this information helps you a bit.

Thank you both. If you take the €70 as a gross price and maybe assume €30 for the floor itself, it ends up in a similar range – unfortunately. Of course, you always hope it will be less, since it is actually quite an easy-to-install floor, provided the subfloor is in good condition.
The price for leveling compound naturally depends heavily on how thick the leveling layer needs to be. I would have expected the adhesive to cost significantly less.

We received a quote for click vinyl flooring installation, which included just under 80m2 (860 ft2), baseboards, underlay installation, and sealing of the door frames with silicone. They estimated 35 hours of work. The hourly rate was 51.30 € net.
Just to give you a point of reference.
