Hello,
Has anyone here installed vinyl flooring themselves, and if so, how did it go?
We want to install vinyl planks in our house and have already chosen them. I will contact the seller again soon, but I would be happy to read some personal experiences here!

They are wooden boards in a "laminate construction" format, but instead of having laminate on the surface layer, there is a plastic vinyl design PVC-type rubber coating applied on top.

Thank you very much.
I have already held it in my hand and initially thought it was a vinyl floor.
I am mainly looking for someone who has already installed this floor.
So far, I haven't found much information online except on Ter Hürne’s websites. Hello Alex,
We are currently also deciding between laminate or Multi-Sense flooring, as both laminate and hardwood are too vulnerable for the children's rooms. Did you ultimately choose the Multi-Sense flooring, and could you share your experience with it?
Best regards and thank you!
I had to look up what Multi-Sense flooring actually is. The description makes me a bit skeptical.
But what I can say is this: We have had Parador Vinyl 2030 in the kids’ rooms for a year now, and it hasn’t gotten a single scratch! It still looks like it did on day one.
Therefore, I can fully recommend this flooring, as our children are usually not gentle and occasionally drop more or less heavy items on the floor.
Based on my previous experience with laminate, I would advise against using it due to the vulnerability of parquet as an alternative. In the end, the few extra dollars are really worth it. Ours cost just over 25€/m² (about $25/sq ft), which was very reasonable.
