A family member suffers from a chronic bowel disease and therefore needs to use the toilet very frequently, which causes strong odor issues throughout the house. My idea is to possibly install a decentralized ventilation system through the wall with heat recovery. Ideally, it would be linked to an air quality sensor. Is something like this feasible? How complex would it be, and what are the estimated costs? Can you recommend any systems?
