I haven’t been able to find a solution to my problem anywhere! I would like to install a Ring Doorbell Wired as well as our temperature sensor into our ETICS (3mm plaster and Pavatex boards).
The issue is that the hole in the temperature sensor/Ring Doorbell for the screw is so small that only 3mm (0.12 inch) diameter screws fit. However, these screws are too small for the insulation anchors, which require screws of at least 4–4.5 mm (0.16–0.18 inch) diameter. What solutions are there for this? Are there smaller insulation anchors available?
I only found 50mm (2 inch) anchors from TOX and Fischer but none smaller!
Thanks ☺️

Hello,
the company Kaiser offers mini equipment carriers, item no. 1159-50.
But honestly, what’s the downside of simply inserting a toothpick into the anchor?
