It would be best if you buy a new shower that already has the massage jets integrated. If you want to install them in your old shower, you will have to dismantle the old shower anyway, since the hoses need to be routed somewhere. However, there are ready-made massage jets available at hardware stores that you can install in your existing shower. They cost between 50 and 200€.

Maier GmbH17 Oct 2008 14:17I also ended up paying extra because I wanted to remodel my old shower. It didn’t look as nice as a new one and was more expensive!

Maier GmbH17 Oct 2008 14:23Hmm... so I remodeled my shower and it actually all went very smoothly. In the end, though, it cost about the same as a new one, so you really need to enjoy DIY if you’re going to do something like this.
