Hello everyone,
I have a new build where Cosmo CRTN / CRT24N units were installed.
I would now like to replace them with something modern and digital (possibly WiFi).
Can someone tell me what I need to consider?
How many amps does the new digital thermostat require?

Thank you very much.

First, please explain a bit more about the overall goal, the heating system used, how many thermostats are involved, and so on.

Good day,
thank you for the response.
The heating system runs on gas, and the underfloor heating operates with water.
The goal is to first replace everything that is directly visible. So, it is purely a matter of appearance.

Heating demand of the house?

Has a proper hydraulic and thermal balancing been carried out? If yes, and the heating demand is low, then you can shut down 90% of those units completely. They are mostly just wall decorations anyway; whether you replace them with more attractive ones and spend more money is generally not economically reasonable.

That was not the question.
The question is whether I can replace the existing Cosmos with others.
And if my Cosmos are closed without power, do I then have to buy other devices that also close without power?
Thank you.

Of course, you can replace them with any normally closed valves without power. (That is, if your valves are normally closed.) You just need to pay attention to the voltage, whether 24V or 230V, and whether they are NC (normally closed) or NO (normally open). Other than that, it doesn't matter which manufacturer’s name is printed on them.
