we are looking for the right insect screen for our house.
We have many double-leaf windows (the smaller part can only be opened if the larger part is open).
The large windows have a total width of 160cm (63 inches) and the patio door is 180cm (71 inches) wide.
Which type of insect screen would you recommend?
For the windows: fixed frame screens or hinged/swing frames so they can be opened, for example, for cleaning, or a roller screen?
For the patio door, we also have a double-leaf door, both leaves about 90cm (35 inches) wide.
For the patio door, only a sliding screen door really makes sense, right?
A hinged door with a width of 180cm (71 inches) is not ideal, correct?
We are also looking for a mesh that is as invisible as possible or as little visible as possible and allows as much airflow as possible.
I came across the Neher Transpatec mesh. Are there any other good alternatives to this expensive mesh?
