ᐅ Insect screen for double casement windows

Hello everyone,

I am looking for a (retrofittable) insect screen for my floor-to-ceiling double casement windows. Specifically, I need a clear width of about 1.70 m (5 feet 7 inches).

Is there something like this available on the market, or has anyone found a solution in a similar situation?

Ordered 2 sliding panels custom-made from a well-known insect screen manufacturer. In use since 2010 and will certainly last another 20…30 years.

You probably also have access to the balcony / terrace.

for me, it’s "just" a two-leaf floor-to-ceiling window on the first floor with a French balcony in front. Therefore, "doors" or similar would actually be unnecessary. Apparently, though, the only option is all or nothing 😉

There are corresponding frames available that can be clamped or hung in place. We also have this on the upper floor with a French balcony. One side has been fitted with a protective grille because only one side opens. (It is also a two-leaf floor-to-ceiling window).
