Hmm, that doesn’t tell me anything at all. How is it pronounced? Is it pronounced as it’s written, or more like in English, for example “Pay-wee”? The name reminds me of some cartoon character. But it probably has nothing to do with that, right?

They don’t look bad, but prefab houses can have their downsides. My father, who is a trained carpenter, once had issues with a house like that. He was supposed to install a fitted kitchen and a built-in wardrobe, but since the walls weren’t very stable, it was difficult to properly secure the cabinets. With this type of house, you should be clear from the start about what will be installed and what won’t. Otherwise, problems can arise later on.

I guess every house has its disadvantages ;-). I think that if everything is carefully planned and then properly executed, there shouldn’t be any major problems later on. But beforehand, you can never completely rule out unexpected issues, whether it’s a prefab house or any other type.
