Hello everyone!
First of all: Funny forum I found here. Many thanks to everyone who helps so actively!
Now to the problem:
We have the Utrusta pull-out rail system installed in a Metod cabinet.
Everything is assembled, which is actually straightforward. However, the front panel doesn’t close properly. If you push firmly, it closes. But if you just close it gently, the cabinet door remains open by about 1-2cm (1 inch). I can’t imagine this is normal.
Could the rails be misaligned? I can’t find any way to readjust them. During the initial installation, the rails jumped out at the back a few times. That doesn’t happen anymore, but it might indicate crooked rails.
Does anyone have any ideas?
Many thanks!
Daniel and Angela

Hanna_50171 Dec 2015 20:51Hello!
Even though this thread is a bit older, we have just purchased an Ikea kitchen and are experiencing exactly the same problem with our cabinet and the Utrusta pull-out system... Has anyone found a solution by now? All the other drawers work perfectly, except this one.
I would be very grateful for any help!
