The description doesn’t tell me much. However, customer service usually keeps catalogs from the opening of the store to look up such cases. If you have the name, you can go to the lighting department and they can check whether your lampshade can still be reordered. In my experience, the chances are pretty good; you just need to be patient because these items are sent to the hardware store through collective orders. A more complicated process, but better than no lampshade at all, right? 😎
