ᐅ Ikea Storjorm Mirror Cabinet Lighting Not Working

Yesterday, I installed a Storjorm mirrored cabinet at my daughter's place. After connecting the transformer to the power supply and linking the two LED light strip connectors on the transformer output side, the lights unfortunately do not turn on. The power supply line is live. I did not continue to install the light strips into the door panels because there might be a defect there. I tried to contact IKEA by phone but gave up after being on hold for half an hour. Can someone help me?

Hello, I don’t see how anything could go wrong there. Take the transformer and lights to IKEA and exchange them.
