GurchHello everyone,
I have assembled the new Pax wardrobe and now realize that the door mounting is different from what I saw in the store in Duisburg. I am unable to slide the front doors over the other doors. In my opinion, the left mounting is completely wrong. It does not allow the doors to slide over each other. The mounting does not look like a U shape; rather, the left side is closed! Does anyone have an idea how I can solve this problem?

IKEA-Experte30 May 2016 13:58Could it be that you installed the KOMPLEMENT sliding door damper, but not all the cabinets in the EH Duisburg had one?
Hello,
This is not caused by the sliding door damper. The left side of the hinge is closed, so the inner door cannot slide through! I don't understand why there are again multiple types of hinges, but I was not informed about this.
I think I need to remove the hinges, exchange them, and reinstall.
Does anyone know where I can contact Ikea about this?
Best regards
Gurch
