Hello forum,
I want to design my first Pax wardrobe. I found some older forum posts online where customers mentioned that sliding doors cannot be combined with drawers at the bottom because the hinges would interfere.
Is it possible that this issue has been resolved? On the Ikea website, I see many examples showing this combination. It is also possible in the Pax planner.
Specifically, I want to combine two 100cm (40 inch) carcasses and add a one-sided divider at the bottom where I would install four drawers. If that is not allowed with a sliding door, I would install a wire basket with a pull-out rail at the bottom instead, which should definitely work. Is that correct?
Thanks for your help.
