ᐅ Ikea Metod tall cabinet for built-in refrigerator with pull-out drawer underneath?

In my current kitchen (not from Ikea), I have a built-in refrigerator with a niche height of about 122 cm (48 inches) and a drawer underneath. We find it very convenient that the refrigerator is positioned a bit higher, and the drawer is obviously also very practical. As far as I can tell, this option is not available with Metod – the refrigerator is always installed at the very bottom of the tall cabinet. Is this really the case, and what is the reason behind this?
