ᐅ IKEA METOD – double-sided hinge cup drilling

Hello. For some METOD fronts, there are apparently hinge cup holes on both the left and right sides, as I recently noticed when looking at instructions for a built-in refrigerator (I believe).

Is there any resource where I can check which fronts this applies to? Certain heights? Only cassette fronts?

I am specifically interested in the Veddinge 60x100cm (24x39 inches), which I would like to use as a side panel. However, this would only be possible if it does not have double-sided drilling.

this only makes sense with VOXTORP and MÄRSTA.

No, it would also make sense for Bodbyn, Laxarby, or Sävedal, since the large doors have two different front designs depending on which way they are held. But maybe I’ll remember to check next time I visit Ikea, as I can’t quite recall where exactly I saw it.

But only from 120 cm (47 inches) onwards, and there is also an installation guide available for these fronts (for download).
