ᐅ IKEA Metod 20-inch drawers look better than the wire basket drawers.

I’m currently at IKEA and just tried out the new 20cm (8 inches) wide, 80cm (31 inches) high Metod drawers that will replace the previous wire drawers. They are white inside, have two levels (not sure if height adjustable), and feature soft close. I don’t know the price and whether I’m allowed to upload a photo I took myself. But I liked them much better than the old ones!

I assume that there won’t be any more partial extension drawers because they sold too little and were replaced when they did. Just a guess; IKEA-Profi probably knows more about that.
Estimate around €70 (about $75) without drawer bottom and back panel for two extensions.

This is the first time I’ve heard from you that the Förvara will be discontinued!
Those things are junk, but they are something for tight budgets.

This information is not yet available in the houses either.

On the Icelandic side, it says that the 37cm (15 inches) deep FÖRVARAs will be discontinued.

As long as it is not a link to a commercial site and fits the topic, it is okay. The same handles for half the price had insufficient clearance from the front, as a few posts earlier pointed out.

Well, women, you know...

No, there are no handles anywhere that stick out exactly as far as the ones from Ikea.
And what good is it to me if I pay half the price for two handles, but then have to pay €4 (about $4.40) shipping and an additional €4.90 (about $5.40) for the drawer extension? Because that part isn’t available in the other shop.

For just two handles, it’s obviously not worth it. I assumed you were ordering a whole bunch of handles for the entire kitchen.
