I’m currently at IKEA and just tried out the new 20cm (8 inches) wide, 80cm (31 inches) high Metod drawers that will replace the previous wire drawers. They are white inside, have two levels (not sure if height adjustable), and feature soft close. I don’t know the price and whether I’m allowed to upload a photo I took myself. But I liked them much better than the old ones!

Hello, as a (very late) follow-up to my issue with the 20 cm (8 inches) drawer shown below: upon closer inspection, the 80 x 20 cm (32 x 8 inches) Ringhult front was warped, meaning it was not flat.
So, I returned the drawer including the front to Ikea and reassembled a new one. Now I have no more problems (and two rails left over because I didn’t want to bother reusing them from the old cabinet).
