ernestaigner27 Oct 2017 19:07Hello,
I have an Ikea Metod cabinet with three Maximera drawers (two measuring 60cm x 20cm (24 inches x 8 inches) and one 60cm x 40cm (24 inches x 16 inches)) for which I am making the drawer fronts myself. Now I need the measurements for the drill holes in the fronts. I have already searched the forum and the internet but only found this somewhat older post and I’m not sure if the measurements are still accurate:
https://www.hausbau-forum.de/threads/wer-kann-mir-mal-eine-front-fuer-maximera-ausmessen.20727/
Could someone check or confirm this, or measure the holes, or does anyone know the exact hole spacing?
Thanks!
Best regards,
Ernest

Thanks, actually no more. I then bought fronts and happened to drill some more just yesterday. I drilled the holes from the bottom at 36, 56, 184, and 204mm (1.4, 2.2, 7.2, and 8 inches) and from the side at 35mm (1.4 inches). These measurements might not be completely exact (1-2mm deviation), but the fronts fit. From this, I conclude that the dimensions in the link above are probably no longer accurate.
