ᐅ Ikea Komplement sliding door soft-close damper – malfunction / issues

I am new here and actually registered because of a problem with a Pax wardrobe with sliding doors and the associated dampers/stoppers.
The outer door is on the right side, and this is where I have an issue: when the door hits the stopper, it only slows down slightly and closes quite quickly. On the left side, the door is somewhat cushioned and closes very gently. I thought the component might be defective, so I replaced it at Ikea. However, the problem still persists.
Finally, I also swapped the stoppers with those from another Pax wardrobe. The issue remains with the first wardrobe, but the second wardrobe works perfectly fine.
Does anyone happen to know what the problem could be? I am running out of ideas, as everything else was assembled and installed according to the instructions.
