Hello fellow IKEA fans,

About 3-4 months ago, I planned a kitchen using the IKEA kitchen planner program and saved it under my username. Recently, I accessed it again (which worked), but I realized that I have a new email address that I hadn’t updated in my profile yet. When I updated it, I received an email confirming the change was successful. After logging in again, the saved kitchen plan was gone.

Has anyone had a similar experience? Is it possible to restore the plan?

Thanks for your answers and best regards,
Carsten

Hi Carsten,

Unfortunately, I can’t help you with this—I’m not familiar with it. However, this is quite strange. What will you do if your plan is lost? Do you have it written down or saved anywhere else?

Even though I can’t assist you, I have a small favor: could you give me a brief assessment of the kitchen planner? Does it work well, and is it useful? I’m not sure if downloading it is really worth it...

I hope you recover your plan!

Good luck, from Ernie

Hello everyone
I am using the German and Austrian version and have already completed my kitchen and other projects!

So it is definitely worth taking the time to work with it.

Huh? Are there significant differences between the German and Austrian versions?
And which one do you think is better?

Thanks and best regards

As far as I remember, with the German system the plinth height is adjustable, or it is easier to shift the masonry, etc.
Kind regards, bergpriv
