ᐅ IKEA Ivar - Looking for the thickness of the side panels

Hello everyone.

For planning purposes, I urgently need to know the thickness of the wood used in an Ivar side panel post (unfortunately, Ikea does not provide this information anywhere).
I am referring to the vertical slat that is attached to the wall. I am primarily interested in the basic dimensions of the post where it stands on the floor. It should be approximately 40 x 20 mm (1.6 x 0.8 inches) or something similar.

If someone could provide the exact measurements, it would be a great help, as my purchase decision depends on it.

Ours are 3 m (10 ft) by 4.5 m (15 ft). However, they are from an old shelving unit, so there might have been some changes since then.

I just measured… with a folding rule… approximately 4.4 x 3.3 cm (1.7 x 1.3 inches).
