Hello,

Since we couldn’t install an IKEA kitchen due to a custom size for our kitchen, we went to MEDA and bought (or rather ordered) a Nolte kitchen.

For the pantry cabinet, however, I want to have four internal drawers, and I plan to install IKEA’s (Maximera) drawers there.

From what I’ve seen, the internal dimensions of the drawers fit the Nolte cabinet frame.

What I don’t know is whether Nolte kitchens and IKEA components use the same hole spacing (borehole grid) pattern inside.

Can anyone share their experience with this?

Thanks in advance.

Unfortunately, I can't answer the question directly, but I do have a tip.
Buy the cheapest base cabinet from Ikea (just the carcass, it should be the 20cm (8 inch) wide one). Then you have the side panels and can use them as a drilling template...

It can happen that the Ikea drawer units are too deep. Nolte cabinet carcasses should be 56 cm (22 inches) deep, while Ikea cabinet carcasses are 59 cm (23 inches) deep.

No, it doesn’t fit. I have an older Nolte kitchen with the corresponding drawers, and Ikea interiors do not fit. The drawers at Ikea are longer, as @kbt09 mentioned. I can confirm that.

You can get some custom inserts from the big A, which also fit with Nolte. But I feel that the more organization you have inside the drawers, the less space there is for actual storage. Don’t be discouraged; it can be done differently, maybe even better.

I can check where I bought extra drawers for my Nolte kitchen at a good price, which I installed about two years ago.
