ᐅ Seeking advice on installing Ikea Förbättra deck side panels

Hello everyone,
I need your advice regarding the attachment of the Förbättra side panels. How are they screwed on?
The cabinet body is 59cm (23 inches) deep, and the side panel is 61.5cm (24 inches) deep. Should the side panel be screwed flush with the back edge of the cabinet so that it extends 2.5cm (1 inch) beyond it? This is not clear in the instructions.

Hello,
with the mounting rail, the cabinet is 60cm (24 inches) deep. The top panel covers the gap between the cabinet and the wall, and the remaining 1.5cm (0.6 inches) roughly aligns with the front.
If you didn’t use a rail, you will need to shorten the top panels or have them extend beyond the front, provided this doesn’t cause any issues and you accept that a door might not open as far.

One more question: I have the Metod tall cabinet (2m (6 ft 7 in)). Unfortunately, the assembly instructions do not include guidance on how to install the oven. How is it installed?

On the website, there are installation manuals for built-in ovens for Faktum and METOD. Download the installation manuals for a few METOD models and use them as a reference.
