During the extension of our kitchen, we unfortunately discovered that IKEA has changed from Faktum to Metod, which has an impact on the dimensions.
Therefore, my question is whether anyone still has a Faktum oven cabinet, as the spare parts service leaves much to be desired. We have been waiting for information from IKEA for a week now, and even by phone we have not been able to get help.
This is particularly frustrating because we now have a $1,000 oven, and we cannot get this cabinet in the 70cm (28 inches) height. It really shouldn’t come down to $40. 😕

So far, it has always been indicated when a part is unavailable. Of course, it is possible to order more than is available at the same time, but rather than spending weeks searching for a used part, I would place the order. In the worst case, the cabinet is not deliverable, and then you can still look for an alternative.Maybe I didn’t express myself clearly. The order has already been placed for a week and paid by credit card.
