Unfortunately, I have no idea either. Ikea should have a 24-hour home service in case there are any problems with the furniture!!! 😀

since I recently became the owner of a FAKTUM kitchen, I encountered the same problem with the vertical wall cabinets: the hinges would not stay in the upper position once the door panel was attached.
Solution:
At the lower end of the hinge, there is a narrow slot with a " " symbol embossed above it. Above this slot, there are three vertical slots where an adjustment screw is visible. Above that is a "-" symbol. In the narrow slot, there is a hole where a screw seems to be visible. However, it is not a screw but rather a gear wheel.
As shown in the included manual, you need to insert a suitable Phillips screwdriver into this narrow horizontal slot (below the embossed " ") and into the hole. Then simply turn the screwdriver clockwise (to the right) while observing the movement of the adjustment screw. Adjust both hinges equally.
Have fun.
