ᐅ Ikea Faktum Under-Sink Cabinets Waste Bin System Without Lid?

DidaduGood morning,
while planning our kitchen, I noticed that Ikea’s waste system sometimes comes without a lid, which makes it unsuitable for us. So, I searched online for another waste system and found one from Hailo that is 47.7cm (19 inches) deep and 43.3cm (17 inches) high. Now my question is, which base cabinet should I choose?
Basically, I’m considering the FA 166, FA 167, and FA 172. Since I’m not sure how much plumbing there is beneath the sink, I would assume the first two are not suitable. For the FA 172, I wonder how deep the drawers are. I seem to have seen and read somewhere that they don’t use the full depth of 58cm (23 inches) but are shorter. In the Rationell buying guide, I found a full extension drawer (401.101.67) meant for the sink that is only 35cm (14 inches) deep. In the Rationell waste separation guide, there is an example showing a 32-liter (8.5-gallon) bin (101.548.03) placed lengthwise in the drawer, which would require at least 41cm (16 inches).
So my question is: how deep is the drawer in the FA 172 cabinet?
Best regards,
Didadu

Keep the drawer wrapped initially. Measure the cabinet after it is assembled and the sink is installed and connected. If the drawer doesn’t fit, you can exchange it. Alternatively, you can buy just the cabinet now and purchase the drawers later. In my sink cabinet, there was even enough space at the bottom for a standard 53cm (21 inches) deep drawer and a 30cm (12 inches) deep drawer above it.
Another option would be, for example, a waste sorting system from Franke designed for installation inside the cabinet, with the cabinet door attached to the system.
