We finally have our complete Ikea kitchen installed, but we are experiencing a problem with the Faktum wall cabinets and the matching ABSTRAKT doors. The doors do not stay open at the top; instead, they immediately start closing again. They only slow down and close gradually in the last 5cm (2 inches) of movement.
Aren’t the doors supposed to stay open at the top and slow down throughout the entire closing motion?
