ᐅ Are Ikea Besta wall cabinet flap hinges for doors available?

Hello, I would like to assemble a wall unit. For this, I want to fix a row of Besta cabinets at the top of the wall, but the doors should open from bottom to top, similar to the Metod kitchen cabinet. I had the Besta Burs shelf in mind for this, but unfortunately, it seems it is no longer available.

Now to my questions:

1) Is it possible to attach Besta doors horizontally to the Besta carcass using the Utrusta hinge without any problems?
2) If I have to use the Metod cabinet for this, how big is the difference (dimensions, appearance, function) between a Metod with the Tingsryd black wood effect front and a Besta with the black-brown Lappviken front? I ask because there will be Besta cabinets on the floor below, and I don’t want the drawer fronts to differ in pattern and color from the fronts of the wall cabinets.
