ᐅ Ikea Besta Vara door does not fit

Good morning. I’m getting really frustrated. I’ve been trying for two hours to adjust the cabinet doors on the Besta shelving unit. Each door fits perfectly in terms of height and closes flush individually. However, you can see in the photos that the doors don’t align correctly when closed together. They actually need to be moved about 5mm (0.2 inches) further outward, but that’s no longer possible. The screws are almost completely loosened. When I hold the cabinet doors in place, they do fit properly. Is the hinge defective now?
