I am currently having an issue with the Besta drawers. For me, the drawers don’t even fit between the rails, not to mention the rubbing or scraping problems others have reported here in the forum!
Could it be that the side panels of the Besta are not positioned correctly? (I noticed the wooden dowels, known from Billy, were missing during assembly.) If so, I might have to loosen the clamps again and make sure the panels are positioned further out.
Does anyone know this problem?

Are holes planned for the anchors? Does the manual specify them? If not, then none are intended.
It’s best to take the drawer apart again and start from scratch, checking each step carefully. Usually, that solves the issue...
