Hi everyone,
I have a question. I've been having trouble for a long time with properly adjusting doors. It started with Billy and now continues with Besta.
My problem is as follows:
I understand the basic rules about which screw adjusts which dimension.
The issue is that all the doors on the side opposite the hinges are sagging. When I try to loosen the corresponding screw on the top hinge, the two parts of the hinge don’t come closer together; instead, the “outer part” of the hinge hangs freely in the air. So, loosening the screw has no effect because the hinge remains in the same misaligned position, as if I hadn’t done anything at all.
The problem is I can’t turn the screw from the bottom side in the opposite direction, because then the door would stick out on the side.
I don’t know how to fix this and I’m almost at my wit’s end. Does anyone have a tip on how to manage this?
