ᐅ Tips for Mounting an IKEA BESTÅ Cabinet

Hello everyone,

I have a BESTÅ TV stand and a BESTÅ cabinet installed slightly away from the wall because the baseboard was in the way. Now I want to hang another BESTÅ unit (item number: 602.458.44) on the wall above the TV stand and next to the cabinet.

My question is: How can I make sure that the hanging BESTÅ unit is set at the same distance from the wall as the other pieces so that the fronts are aligned in one plane?

Hello, drill a wooden beam of suitable thickness into the wall and attach the cabinet to it.
