ᐅ Ikea Basisk Wall Lamp, Lampshade Wobbles

Hello,

I urgently need help assembling my Ikea BASISK wall lamp.

The instructions don’t explain how to attach the lampshade to the rod. When I put the lampshade on the rod, it wobbles oddly, and I don’t think that’s how it’s supposed to be.

Does anyone have the same lamp and can help me?

Hi,

Place the lampshade over the socket, screw the plastic ring onto the socket to secure it, screw in the bulb, turn it on..
