ᐅ Ideas for the Outdoor Area

Hello everyone,

We are currently in the middle of building a new house.
Recently, I have been thinking about how to properly arrange the area between our house and the neighbor’s house to create a level (horizontal) surface.

However, I’m a bit unsure because I’m concerned that we might not be allowed to place retaining blocks against the neighbor’s wall.

With these retaining blocks, we could then even out the height difference.

What do you think?
